A brand can raise a flag against an engaged influencer during a campaign for various reasons such as the influencer being unresponsive.
If a brand has sent you a few messages without any response from you for several days, they may raise a flag due to campaign timeline and content deadlines. This is to get your attention, because sometimes messages may go unnoticed on your end. When the flag is raised you have 48 hours to take action.
Once you get a notification that a flag was raised against you, please head to Activate and click on the campaign. You can take one of two actions:
- Opt out of the campaign.
- Continue working with the brand.
If you take no action to a raised flag, you will automatically be disengaged from the campaign after 48 hours.
If you choose to opt out, simply click the “Opt Out” button on the left hand side of the page.
If you choose to continue working on this campaign, please read all of the messages and respond. Once you respond, your flag will be resolved and you can continue working with the brand.
NOTE: If you become unresponsive for the second time on this campaign, the brand can raise a second flag against you. In this case, you will automatically be disengaged from the campaign. There will be no warning or additional raised flags.
